Selling to DallyDood Coins and Collectibles

Here at DallyDood C&C, we make it a point to give you exceptional service without wasting your time. Most of the big names in the industry have long, tedious selling practices, practices that often make it miserable for customers. To create a better sales experience, we created the SQUIBSAP system, which enables accurate processing and payment in a very short period of time.

1. Snap

Take 2-8 good clear, pictures of your coins or collectibles, making sure to get all sides, dates, product conditions, etc. You can use your cell phone, or a super expensive camera. We don’t really care what you use, so long as the final pictures are clear.

2. Quote

Next, fill out the quote form and upload your pictures. We provide the option for escrow transaction services (fees are charged for the service), as handled by escrow.com, the same company that handles eBay’s transaction system, so that you can feel confident in receiving payment for your products, if you haven’t worked with us already. Once the form is completed, hit submit and one of our teammates will reach out to you in a short time, usually a few minutes.

3. Understand and Invoice

When our teammate reaches out, which will be via WhatsApp, we will provide you a quote on the products, which you can take or negotiate. From here, we will ask whether you accept our terms and conditions and once you agree, we will lock in your price quote and send you an invoice via the email you provided. If you opted into escrow, a link will be provided, where you can start the escrow process with us.

4. Box and Ship

We will provide you a shipping label, which will be deducted from your payout. The same is true of any escrow fees, should you opt into escrow. From this point, you will need to print out your label, 2 times and package your coins or collectibles. Package the product in a mylar or non-PVC flip, fill a box with packing material (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.) and place the coin and invoice in a new box. Seal the box with tape and tape on one label. Next, take a second box, fill with packing material, place your first box in, and then seal and place the label on the outside. At this point, the package is ready for shipment.

Take the completed package to a shipping location (either a USPS Post Office, FedEx Store, or UPS Store, or direct employees of any shipper), to ensure that your package retains its insurance.

****PLEASE NOTE: Insurance is VOIDED if the package is dropped off at any other shipping location. DallyDood Coins and Collectibles, LLC is not responsible for any losses or damage incurred during transit on packages dropped off at alternative drop-off locations****

5. Authentication and Payout

Once we receive your package, we will perform authentication, using our Sigma Metalytics machine, measurements, weights, etc. Depending on the product, we may also XRF it. With the product authenticated, we will provide your payout, which will be disbursed to the bank account that you provided us when you made the price lock.

At this juncture, most orders will be processed within 1 business day and payouts will be provided within 1-2 business days, depending on the speed at which your bank receives our payout.

****PLEASE NOTE: This is not a guaranteed time frame, as it may take longer, especially if you opted in to escrow for your sale****

If, after our testing, we determine the product to not be genuine, we will make a new offer on the product and pay it once you agree. If you wish to have the item returned, you will need to send us a new shipping label and we will mail it back out to you.
